Located in the tranquil hamlet of Zug, on the outskirts of Lech, the charming Chalet Furka enjoys superb access to the skiing with the Zugerbahn chairlift only 100 metres away. It is only 50 metres to the bus stop for regular free buses, taking around 5-10 mins, to reach the exclusive resort of Lech so that you can enjoy the atmosphere, tradition and sheer decadence of Lech town itself.

Chalet Furka is ideal for couples and families looking to enjoy the ambience of a traditional Austrian guesthouse in an idyllic location. Previously run as a small guesthouse, all rooms are tastefully decorated and have the added advantage of en suite facilities and TV and many also have a balcony.

As well as being able to relax in the sauna at the end of a great day on the slopes, at the entrance to the chalet is a small beauty salon perfect for some after-ski pampering! The comfortable dining area has a balcony with great views across the valley

Hearty buffet breakfast with fresh bread, choice of preserves, cereals, porridge, yoghurts, eggs, fruit juice and unlimited tea and coffee, plus a simple cooked breakfast with eggs and 1 of the following (subject to availability): bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns, pancakes and syrup.

Afternoon Tea and Cake:
Afternoon tea and homemade cake or biscuits and fresh baguette with selection of preserves.

*To give our staff their one night off, dinner will be served only 6 days a week (every 7 night holiday). This gives you the opportunity to sample a local restaurant that evening - our resort team will be happy to provide some suggestions. A cold buffet style breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out for you on this day. We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements - please notify us at the time of booking.

Information

Chalet staff live in on the ground floor. The owner and his family live on the second floor and share the main entrance. The owner’s friendly mountain rescue dog also lives on site.
